Covid-Safe Practices at P.J. Gangle Insurance

While the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic continues to interfere with personal and business activities, we want to let our clients know that we are prepared to serve customers safely and ensure that your insurance needs are met.

Our plan includes:

Working from home. For most of our clients, this means “business as usual.” Our employees are able to continue taking your calls, answering your questions, and processing your paperwork from their home offices.

Document safety. Our plan includes the highest level of document safety and confidentiality. As a paperless office, we have the ability to securely enter our system from any location.

Distancing and isolating. We are taking the necessary steps to ensure that our clients do not come into contact with anyone at P.J. Gangle Insurance Brokerage…

  • who may get the virus
  • who may be close to someone who gets the virus
  • has travelled recently to a Coronavirus “hotspot”
  • is experiencing fever and/or flu-like symptoms.

Communicating your way. We are prepared to correspond or communicate with you in the manner in which you wish so that your corporate and personal information can be forwarded to you efficiently. This could include receiving by secure email or mail.

We ask that:

If you have a scheduled meeting with a P.J. Gangle representative and you are at risk of having or spreading the virus, please let us know and we will arrange to meet with you by phone or video-conference. Please advise us if you or someone near you has the virus or has travelled to an infected area of the world within the last 14 days, or experiencing fever and/or flu-like symptoms.

If you visit our office, for the foreseeable future, we will be asking all visitors if they have been to an infected area or with an infected person in the last 14 days, or experiencing fever and/or flu-like symptoms. And please wear a mask when you enter our premises.

We want you to know that what matters most at P.J. Gangle Insurance is the health and safety of our clients and our team. We certainly hope that none of these measures will be necessary, but we also know how important it is to be prepared.

Thank you for your understanding through this time.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.
